U.S. vehicles purchase and export documents
Before the purchase of a vehicle from the United States, the lot ' s document and the possibility of its export and subsequent registration should be checked. The work kit usually includes the confirmation of purchase, the title document, the information of the recipient and exporter, the necessary export information and transport documents. The specific list is supported by the exporter, port and broker of the destination country.
Title checked before bidding
The American Title and its status influence further action. The name Clean Title describes the document, not guarantees the absence of accidents. Salvage also does not reveal all the damage. Documents like Parts Only, Junk, Scrap and selected versions of the Bill of Sale may not be appropriate for your export or registration scenario.
Copart separately warns international buyers about documents with export restrictions. Give the manager the exact name of Vehicle Doc Type, State of issue and VIN; the general model name board is not sufficient.
Confirmation of procurement and authority
Save the invoice, confirm payment and data from the seller or intermediary. They should be agreed with VINs and the parties to the transaction. If the representative acts on your behalf, the terms of reference and documentation need to be agreed in advance. Don't send money on the requisitions that can't be linked to the contract and the recipient.
U.S. Export Information and Port
AES is used by the United States to collect and process electronic Export Information. Who shall provide information on what data are required and when the document is to be received, shall be determined within a specific consignment. The exporter checks the CBP procedure, a set of legal documents and port requirements before loading.
The presence of a vehicle in a warehouse does not yet imply a willingness to send: the document may remain at the auction or require corrections. The status of the document should be monitored irrespective of the status of payment and carriage.
Naval transportation and receipt
When sent, agree on the container and the consignee, the documents of transport and the procedure for extradition. The maritime transport document does not replace the American property document. Originals, copies and data from the recipient must be transmitted in a harmonized manner, so that the car and documents will arrive at a suitable location.

Is the invous sufficient to record the car?
No, the invoice confirms the purchase, but it doesn't replace the entire property, transport and discharge. The final country ' s requirements are checked separately.
